| Winter Preparations | | What winter preparations does every take? I hear this year might be a big winter across the country. We get deicer spray, get the scrappers out all the winter clothes, coats, gloves, hats, stock up the fire wood, get out the nice warm blankets, make sure to have lots of cocoa and green tea on hand. I'm dreading the thought of winter. Its supposed to get cold over the next few days, but then warm back up to 60s for the weekend. Which is good because we have some work to do. | |
| | I shop for bargins!!! | | Do you shop for bargains? I do all the time I wait untill theres a sale. like after thanksgiving/Christmas and every season. like for winter clothes I buy them in Last of Jan. and Feb. | |
| | | What is the nicest thing someone has done for you? | | In the past 4 years.A fellow mylot member just made my number one...and a second fellow mylotter, my number 2 nicest things. Today, one fellow mylotter put an order in to target for a bed for my little girl!!! And yesterday, another fellow mylotter gave me $5 towards my daughters winter clothing! I am so thankful! I didn't realize that there were still ppl out there who care so much about other ppl's wellbeing. Especially someone they don't even know!Tell me your story or the nicest thing that has been done for you in the past 4 years.... | |
| | | Why are kids clothes so stinking expensive???!!! | | My kids need winter clothes...but even at walmart it is like 14.00 for a sweater. THat is just crazy...I mean, they aren't going to be able to wear them but for just a bit. I go on ebay and try to buy but I can't hardly even afford that! | |
| | | How do you deal with kids who will not wear warm clothes or coats on cold days? | | My one son just does not want to wear a coat or jacket on cold wintery days.
