myLot transmission commmentary
| 2000 Ford F250 with the Triton V10 and automatic transmission. Unexplained lung | | This truck only has 40,000.00 miles and is in pristine condition. Recently, while coming to a stop. The truck seems to lunge forward and stalls. The only way to get out of the situation is to put the truck in neutral, start up the truck and pop it into drive. It takes off a bit ruff. This will go on a few times, but then goes away for days at a time. I’ve taken it to the Ford dealership, but they are not able to find anything wrong. I’m hoping that someone else might have had this issue before so I can point it out the dealership to get it fixed. The feeling is similar to coming to a stop with a manual transmission and not pushing in the clutch. | |
| | | | | | | | Automatic or manual transmission? | | I've heard that a car with manual transmission has better gas millage and makes for a smoother ride, but is harder to drive. What suggestions would yall make? | |
| | | Nissan Xterra transmission noise | | I have a clicking noise, in my 05 Nissan
all the time in 2W Drive, but not in 4W Dr.Dealer has no definitive idea. Anyone out there that has this problem? | |
