| What would you do if money were not an issue? | | If money were not an issue and you could do or be anything you wanted, what would it be or what would you do?
I would retire with my boyfriend to northern Ontario and spend our time swimming, eating, making love, ATVing, snowmobiling and ice fishing. Such a simple life! | |
| | Creative Starvation | | It is like my body and mind are craving something that I cannot see. Something that I am not doing that I should be doing and my mind is retaliating with anxieties. I have these ideas that I never fulfill. Whether it is being lazy or a complete lack of knowledge, I just continue to sit here and WAIT for something to come to me. I had the idea of creating a documentary about people who go to visit cemeteries. Or about graveyards in general. Nothing dark or scary, but more of a personal glimpse at the lives and motivations of the people who visit their loved ones, the people who work in cemeteries, and even a glimpse into the lives of the deceased. It would consist of interviews with these people (not the dead ones of course – they are usually pretty shy), backgrounds, shots of interesting or humorous headstones…stuff like that. I wanted to call it Epitaph. I also had an idea about writing a book about this man in Wisconsin, Steven Avery. He was in prison for something like 18 years for a rape before evidenced proved his innocence of the crime and he was set free. There were then stories in the media about how this poor man lived in a small ice fishing shack because he had... | |

| | | Anyone Ever Ice Fished? | | This is something I have always wanted to do! I went to Maine one year especially for this and when I arrived there was about 6 inches of snow on the ground. The day I went to the frozen lake to fish all the huts had been pulled because they said things were beginning to melt. They were not allowing anyone on the lake because of safety reasons. So I lost my chance. I live in Mississippi, so to do something like this would be awesome.Tell me your ice fishing stories. | |
| | adventures ...wat do u like ---snow or sun?? | | hi guys this is winter time & i would like to know if u like sun or snow . about me,winter is the time to stay inside by the fireplace & read books or enjoy a rush in the snow .i like to go for ski jumping,bobsledding,ice climbing,ice fishing,or snow showing n wat abt u ...share ur thoughts abt my sunny time ....i go for sailing,fishing,camel riding & sand skiing in deserts,surfing .i have heard that there is a club in abu dhabi who offers tours called ride n slide .travellers depart from thr & take a four wheel drive far in to desert,whr they meet a camel caravan for a half hour ride across the red dunes of margham .the the time comes for sand skiing .visitors strap on sand boards & race down the steep sided dunes 2 the valley floor below .i find this story very interesting n i hop some time i ll get a chance to do the same n enjoy this adventure

All my friends that ice fish have a great time, but you may laugh but i just can't get over the sound of presure cracks on the ice. My friend next door just got back from a tirp and he told me he drove is truck onto the ice. I felt a cold shivier run down my spine when he told me that.
