| | What's your favorite home workout? | | For some of us going to a gym is next to impossible: it could be the lack of time or high membership fees. Or some of us are just shy. Lol.So we do the next best thing. We try working out at home like using various fitness equipments (resistance bands, free weights, etc) or running outside. Or even fitness DVDs.So tell us. What works for you? | |
| | | Best exercise for senior person at home - with fast result | | Do you know what is the best exercise for a senior age person at home that will give the results fast? I heard about Taichi and I'm sure yoga or similar will work for any age, but can you suggest different ones?
I'm not that age yet and most people older than I over here will go fishing, play golf, go bowling or billiard (I don't even think those are exercises? Golf surely is, though) which are not home exercise
| | exercise | | Do you exercise on a regular basis. If so, do you prefer to go to a gym or do you use a home workout. | |
| | Do you like to workout in the gym or at home | | Well for me I like my privacy so I workout at home I don't like working out in the gym it kind of makes me conscious and insecure so I prefer to workout at my home gym.
I'm more comfortable working out at home as I can workout anytime I like its a better option for me thats all.
Its specially designed according to our needs so its even better.
I know a lot of guys like to workout at the gym with the help of a trainer as they have a specific goal in there mind like you know 6 pacs or 8 pacs so its necessary for them I guess. It really depends you know like my bro like to workout at home and he has a great physique...Also I love the morning walks nothing can beat that fresh air, interacting with nature oh its divine... So friends what do you like working out at the gym or at home?
| | Working out at the gym or Working out at home? | | So summer is fast approaching and like so many people out there I am trying to get back in to summer shape. I was not able to work out the entire year last year due to an injury but have been cleared since Jan and have been at it here and there. I added a healthy diet, smaller portions, drinking plenty of water and working out here and there. I just recently got myself a work out series at home that I have been doing. I love it and the best part I don't have to spend the time to actually have to go to the gym. I actually have 3 of there series all from beach body which I love. I am using Cha Lean now and love it. I have used insanity and p90x in the past. Have had great results. So I was wondering what method do you like to use? Rather hit it at home and get a great work out or take it to the gym and hit it hard? I have used both methods but since the funds are rather tight right now the saving of 40 a month for a gym membership is nice. Good Luck to everyone out there trying to drop the pounds to get in that old bathing suit! Or that new one! | |
