| | Have you gone beyond the trim Line? | | When you make a discussion? have it occur to you that you are crossing this line and indirectly offending others. I know i did, but that's the idea of freedom of speech isn't it? some one can get hurt in the process but at least the word has spread. no matter how ugly it is. No matter how ignorant maybe, you have said it, and it's there..if so, how do you express it? by saying it in general? or asking a question from the users. | |
| | God is beyond time, space, imagination etc... | | We have heard that God is beyond time and space. He is also beyond our imagination, understanding, wisdom.
He is also beyond our five senses- our sight, our hearing(words), out touch, smell and taste.Well, is there any thing of which this God is not beyond?Now, how does this God expect us to believe i him, pray to or worship him if he is beyond everything? | |

| | when we will think beyond human!! | | I was reading the bio books and about the scientific names given to other animals and then i grabbed the geography books and then physics book..well well, I was thinking we see life when is shown by others. i agree that they are supported with the facts. however, i feel that we name animals, plants, planets and stars...all all..what we think we have seen. I feel there is something called unnamed..and it that attacks what it would be and how we will come to know what it is???? | |
| | Does America extend beyond New York,Los Angeles an Washington? | | I ask that question to say this, most movies I have seen focuses on these three locations and usually the more glamorous parts.Maybe it can be pegged to either my naivety or inexperience as a traveller but I was beginning to believe this to be true.Dont get me wrong,I have no problem with putting your best foot (through the use of beautiful imagery ) or the seeming subliminal programming intended to increase nationalistic fervour and patriotism However, it leads me to ask other questions what is the purpose of movies should it mirror reality or be an escape from reality or both.Had it not been for the passage of hurricane Katrina I wouldnt have known there were poor people in America living in poverty and squalor like anywahere else.
Like I said maybe I am naive, you may be more sophisticated - please enlighten me | |

| | How many voters did not look beyond color?? | | With the tremendous voter turnout during yesterday's presidential election, do you think many of the voters did not look beyond color? From what I experiened at the election poll where I worked I truly believe that color was the main factor by the amount of uneducated on the important issues at hand, first time voters. | | | Til Death and Beyond? | | Cook County authorities are a bit baffled by what they found when a senior advocate asked police to check on a 90-yr old woman under their watch.It seems the woman's three siblings had all died and their bodies were still in the house where she was living. One of them hadn't been seen since the early 80s![em]shocked[/em]The woman was taken to the hospital for observation, but they don't suspect foul play. They do want to know why no one reported any of the deaths as they occurred.http://www.phillyburbs.com/pb-dyn/news/1-11082008-1618205.htmlYou do have to wonder about the mental state of someone who continues living with a corpse. Especially for over 20 years! And, given the last dates two of the siblings were seen, you have to wonder about the lot of them since it appears they[b]ALL[/b] lived with one body for at least 20 years.[em]blink[/em]I feel bad for this woman. I don't know what was wrong that she felt she couldn't tell anyone, but maybe it was that she would have felt too alone? Were the other siblings living with her at the time the first one died?
